Increase Volume in Your Work at Home Organization
Working from a plan of action will be critical to the success in increasing volume within your organization. Most people think about increasing volume
by making their downlines purchase more by talking about minimum purchases. Sometimes this is also stated as a required recommended level for the home business builder.
However, this can many times backfire because the distributor does not fully have the details of how to move the product to the end user. The marketer should not stock the product without selling it to the end user. Getting customers who do consistent repeat business is essential.
But before your downline marketers can get excited about a particular product or service, they need to understand the benefits of such product or service. Does your new downline person know about the benefits of all your products or services? Are they using the products or services that best fit their needs? Don't assume that just because they joined the business they understand what your products and services are and what they can do for him or her.
Take some time to make sure your downline is using the products or services they need. Recommend complimentary products or services if you have them. Ask them who in the circle of friends and family would also benefit from these products or services.
In doing so you'll increase the average volume for your distributors. Your distributor's confidence will be higher with the fact they are using and enjoying benefit of such product. The next step is to help them plan their retail sales, which is where the best volume increases will take place.
TIP - Do not require your downline to stock product or buy product just to increase your volume. Make certain they have a plan to move product sales and that
they are tapped into training to become efficient at increasing such sales volume.
