Mystery shopping jobs are in high demand again. As seen on major media, mystery shopping jobs are making a comeback due to the economy. Companies are hiring mystery shoppers in record numbers.
Mystery shopping or service evaluating is a tool used by and market research companies to measure quality of retail service or gather specific information about products and services. Mystery shoppers act as regular customers doing specific things. These include as purchasing a product, asking questions, registering complaints or trying products and service….and then provide reports or feedback about their experiences. Companies pay a lot of money for these jobs. Plus, you get the products and services for free.
Since the economy is hurting, companies are hired more and more mystery shoppers in order to get better idea of consumer needs for their products or services.
